Acorda Therapeutics up on positive phase 3 results
Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACOR) reported positive results from its second phase 3 clinical trial of Fampridine this morning. The drug, which is aimed at improving walking ability in people with multiple sclerosis, did in fact improve the walking speed for people with the disease.
