Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc. (AMEX:HRT), Fairpoint Communications, Inc. (NYSE:FRP) and VCG Holding Corp. (Nasdaq:VCGH) are among the biggest percentage losers in Monday's trading among companies with market capitalizations under $750 million.
