DemandTec plunges after reporting narrower Q4 loss
DemandTec, Inc. (Nasdaq:DMAN) shares are plummeting after the maker of consumer management software reported after Thursday’s close that its fourth-quarter loss totaled $1.2 million, or $0.04 per share, compared with a loss of $1.6 million, or $0.24 per share, a year earlier. On an adjusted basis, DemandTec earned $1.3 million, or $0.04 per share, for the three months ended Feb. 29. Wall Street analysts, on average, expected a profit of $0.04 per share.
