Digimarc to consider $300M buyout bid from France’s Safran
Digimarc Corp. (Nasdaq:DMRC) said late Sunday night that France’s Safran S.A. (Paris:SAF) has made a bid to acquire the secure identity and media management service supplier for $300 million in cash. Digimarc said it is currently considering the offer.
