iMergent Inc to streamline sales team
iMergent Inc. (AMEX: IIG), a provider of e-commerce software, said this morning that it is streamlining its sales team and administrative functions in order to optimize the resources dedicated to launch StoresOnline Express and to drive StoresOnline Pro sales.
As a result, the company said it expects to reduce operating expenses by approximately 15% to 20% and to incur an associated charge in the second fiscal quarter of less than $50,000.
Shares of iMergent were halted in pre-market trading.
