JER Investors Trust sinks after swinging to Q4 loss
JER Investors Trust Inc. (NYSE:JRT) shares are sinking after the specialty finance firm reported after Monday’s opening bell that it swung to a fourth-quarter net loss of $7.4 million, or $0.28 per share, compared with a profit of $9.2 million, or $0.36 per share, a year earlier. Quarterly revenue rose to $34.4 million from $26.8 million. Analysts expected revenue of $35.5 million. In afternoon trading, JRT shares are down 10.23%, or $0.96, at $8.42.
