Luminent Mortage Capital CFO steps down
Luminent Mortgage Capital, Inc. (NYSE: LUM) reported this morning that the REIT’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Christopher Zyda, resigned today.
The small cap stipulated that Zyda resigned due to business consolidation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the closure of its San Francisco office in December.
Luminent said Karen Chang, currently the company's vice president and controller, will serve as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer beginning Jan. 1, 2008.
Shares of Luminent (LUM) were halted in pre-market trading.
