Pericom Semiconductor Corp. (Nasdaq:PSEM), supplier of integrated circuits and frequency control products, said this morning that its fiscal third-quarter revenue outlook is expected to be at the upper range of previously issued guidance and that it expects to experience positive business trends going forward despite a seasonally slower March quarter.
