Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic Customer Service professional to service our customers from our Richmond, Vermont office.

This is a part-time role during normal business hours. 15 – 25 hours per week.  We service our customer service requests primarily by phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and have an interest in learning about investments and the stock market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important in this role. Sales experience is also encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-bound customer phone calls.
  • Place outbound phone calls to welcome new subscribers.
  • Resolve all customer issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Timely response to customer emails.
  • Shares customer feedback to help our company improve the subscriber experience.
  • Will also act as a liaison with the Marketing and Sales team

Qualifications:

  • Contact Center / Call Center experience
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Enjoy people and talking on the phone.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility – Able to adapt successfully to changing situations. We are a small company so this is VERY important.
  • Self Motivation
