Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our customers from our Richmond, Vermont office.

This is a Part-time role during normal business hours, 20-25 hours per week.  We support our clients primarily by phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of customer support and sales experience and have an interest in learning about investments and the stock market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important in this role.


  • Answer in-bound customer phone calls.
  • Place outbound phone calls to welcome new subscribers.
  • Resolve all customer issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Timely response to customer emails.
  • Pick-and-pack new member welcome packages.
  • Schedule On-Boarding sessions with new customers to ensure they are successful from the start!
  • Support V.I.P. clients by helping them transition to other products.
  • Share client feedback to help our company improve the subscriber experience.


  • Contact Center / Call Center experience
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Enjoy people and talking on the phone.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility – Able to adapt successfully to changing situations. We are a small company so this is VERY important.
  • Self Motivation
  • Sales experience is also beneficial.
