visited by hundreds of thousands of users each month, creating thousands of registrants for our
products and for those of our advertising partners. While our postal mailing list now exceeds

users at the point of registration for one of our publications. Partners can be provided contact
information (name, email, postal address, phone number, etc.) for individuals who select their
offer on our web sites during the user registration process. These leads are both defined and
verifiable. Advertisers' special offers are placed on our lead generation sites, providing multiple
channels to generate leads across the Wyatt Investment Research spectrum of sites. We deliver
these leads daily or weekly by FTP or email, and we provide file format customization for select
advertisers. Advertisers who work with Wyatt Investment Research pay only for unique leads
generated. Placements are priced on a cost-per-lead (CPL) basis.

Content Syndication

Wyatt Investment Research recently began a content syndication program whereby we provide
original articles to a network of financial publications and investment web sites to publish free of
charge. In exchange for allowing this content to be distributed without cost to other publishers,
we simply ask publications or web sites to provide us with credit for each article, along with
information on our editor and a link back to our web site to promote our publications. There is no
monetary cost to publishers who wish to participate.
