13 State Pension Funds: ‘We’re BUYING Pot Stocks Now’

Even the most conservative investors are jumping into the “green rush” of pot stocks.

Public filings with the S.E.C. show that state pension funds in 13 states are BUYING this cannabis stock.

It’s the latest sign that legal weed is going mainstream.

Go here for my #1 Pot Stock Pre-IPO (OPEN TO EVERY AMERICAN).

You can secure shares for just $0.50!

Is your state investing in cannabis stocks?

Here’s the list of state pensions that are invested in the stock: Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas.

Pension funds in 13 states are loading up on shares of Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE: IIPR).

The company is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns and operates 24 properties. And IIPR has 1.8 million square feet of space that’s leased to medical marijuana operators in states that have legalized cannabis.

IIPR stock has become one of the easy ways to invest in cannabis real estate. And state pension funds are attracted to the stock’s stellar track record.

pot stocks

A couple of years ago you could simply BUY just about ANY publicly traded cannabis stocks and make a killing.

Today, it’s a little harder. The overall market for pot stocks should outperform major indexes like the S&P 500 or NASDAQ Composite.

Yet it’ll be considerably harder to find stocks that go up 5X . . . 10X . . .  or 20X.

Today, you need a new approach if you want massive gains.

That’s why I’m going “all in” on privately held pot stocks – that are on the verge of going public.

Usually, these Pre-IPOs are off limits to regular Americans. Yet due to a little-known SEC loophole – you can now become an early investor.

That means you do NOT need to be an “accredited investor” – with annual income of $200k . . . or  a net worth of $1 million.

It’s literally open for every American (and Canadian)!

This means you can BUY $0.50 Pre-IPO shares of a California cannabis powerhouse.

Shares could go public by the end of the year. And I’m expecting the stock could open for trading at $1.50 – $2 per share.

Longer term, I’m expecting the stock price could top $10!
