Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) *Remote option available

We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our customers from our Richmond, Vermont office or remotely. The ideal candidate will have client management experience along with sales  and have an interest in learning about investments and the stock market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important in this role.

This is a full-time role during normal business hours, 8:30 AM – 5 PM.  We support our clients primarily by phone and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-bound customer phone calls.
  • Place outbound phone calls to welcome new subscribers.
  • Resolve all customer issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Timely response to customer emails.
  • Pick-and-pack new member welcome packages.
  • Schedule On-Boarding sessions with new customers to ensure they are successful from the start!
  • Support V.I.P. clients by helping them transition to other products.
  • Share client feedback to help our company improve the subscriber experience.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing professional with a demonstrated background in providing superior, high level customer service.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Enjoy people and talking on the phone.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility – Able to adapt successfully to changing situations. We are a small company so this is VERY important.
  • Self Motivation
  • Sales experience is also beneficial.
