CEO Elon Musk talked about two new segments Tesla wants to electrify: heavy-duty trucks and high passenger-density urban transport.

Tesla ended up unveiling the Tesla Semi.

Is a high passenger-density vehicle a part of his brand-new Master Plan 4.0?

The van is heavily inspired by the Tesla Semi design.

He even created an online configurator with some specs for the Tesla van:

Tesla has been planning an electric van, minibus, or people-mover for a while now.

The company has mentioned a “high passenger-density” vehicle several times.

And there were rumors of Tesla developing one for the Boring Company (private).

I don’t know if Elon Musk plans to unveil one any time soon.

But what I do know is that he’s secretly preparing…
