New Subscriptions

How do I enter an international postal code?

Our system will accept non-US postal codes. Please only enter letters or numbers with no spaces or punctuation.

What does it mean by “only alpha-numeric characters”?

Your user name and password can only contain letters and numbers. It will not accept spaces, punctuation, or other symbols.

Why am I receiving a “No Input” error?

Check your browser’s security settings to make sure cookies are enabled and resubmit the subscription form. You may need to call Customer Service at (866) 447-8625 to make sure we have received your subscription if you continue to receive this error.

What am I receiving an “Invalid Account Number” error?

This generally means your credit card information was entered incorrectly. Please check your card number and try to enter again, do not use spaces or dashes. Call Customer Service at 866-447-8625 if it is still not accepted. Do not make multiple attempts as this may result in multiple charges to your card.

When will my subscription renew?

For your convenience, your subscription will be set up to automatically renew using the credit card information you provided. In general, if you start a subscription at a normal (non-special) rate and term then your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of the next term. For example, if you sign up for an annual subscription then your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged one year from the date that you started; likewise for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and bi-annual subscriptions.

If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, please call or email us to request that option be disabled on your account. This will not immediately terminate your subscription but you will stop receiving your subscription on the last date of your current subscription period.
