Meta’s new AI virtual assistant is called Meta AI.
It will soon start rolling out to users in the U.S…
And it’s MUCH more than just a virtual assistant or something to play with.
You will be to interact, ask, and create with AI across ALL Meta apps.
For example, on both Messenger and Instagram…
You will get a feature called reimagine that will take AI-generate pics and you’ll be able to iterate upon it with more text prompts.
Say that you have an image and you want to add something to it.
Well, all you have to do is press and hold onto the generated image…
Then you add a prompt mentioning what you want to add…
And boom… your new version will be created for you.
Another AI feature you’ll soon see in your Meta apps is the ability to find Reels, which are the short videos that have been so common on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Say that you want to find a cooking recipe that you can quickly learn in a reel.
All you do is ask the AI assistant to give you relevant videos…
And the AI gives you all the options you want.
On Facebook, Meta AI will now be able to help you with a bunch of things like:
- Creation of birthday greetings
- Editing your feed posts
- Create AI-generated images on Facebook
- Even draft relevant replies to your private messages and comments on community chat topics in groups
