Stock Surges 46% on California CBD Deal

The U.S. market for CBD is red hot . . .
That’s why a minor cannabis acquisition just sent this stock surging 46% in just six days!
Those gains could be dwarfed by my #1 Big Trade for 2019.

Back on Feb. 25, Cannex Capital Holdings (CSE: CNNX) announced the acquisition of a private company called Pure Ratios Holdings.
That news sent Cannex shares surging.

I’m expecting a similar move on April 1 for this stock (go here now).
Pure Ratios Holdings is a San Diego company focused on combining traditional Chinese medicines with cannabis, including CBD.
The $8 million cannabis acquisition by Cannex builds upon a previous announcement that it would merge with a U.S. company called 4Front.

4Front operates five medical cannabis dispensaries in four states, including Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. And it plans to open five additional locations in the next four months.
The team at Cannex realizes that the U.S. market for cannabis will be huge. In fact, estimates suggest it’s 10X larger than the Canadian market.
That’s why this company is aggressively BUYING U.S. marijuana companies.
Now, I’ve been tracking Cannex Capital since last August. That’s when I bought the stock in my personal account.
Right now, I’m sitting on profits of 90%.
Right now, CBD is a hot topic.
That’s why Cannex’s small $8 million cannabis acquisition added over $100 million in market capitalization to the stock!
The 2018 Farm Bill is fueling major deals here in the U.S. That’s why . . .

  • Canopy Growth is investing $100 million to $150 million in an upstate New York hemp-processing facility
  • Martha Stewart is partnering with Canopy Growth to develop a line of CBD products
  • Bob Marley branded CBD-drinks could hit shelves within weeks

According to Brightfield Group, CBD will become a $22 billion market. And that’s just within three years!
Are you ready for 393% profits starting April 1?  Frankly, this could be even bigger than “pot stocks” in 2019.
