My next Pre-IPO just opened to investors.
I’ve been calling it the Quantum Keystone. It’s a quantum security company that plans to list on the Nasdaq. And you can invest today at under $5 per share.
Go here for the Quantum Keystone deal details.
Here are the terms.
Company: Quantum Keystone
Sector: Post-quantum cybersecurity
Price: Under $5 per share
Target raise: +$20 million
Pre-money valuation: $130 million
Minimum investment: $800
Planned listing: Nasdaq Capital Market
My last two Pre-IPOs to go public have done well. Starfighters Space jumped as much as 777% from its Pre-IPO price after it started trading. Eagle Nuclear Energy soared 171% after going public.
Get the details here – this could be 100% oversubscribed soon.
Past results don’t guarantee future ones. But I’m looking for the same setup here.
Nearly every encrypted system on earth runs on math that a large enough quantum computer could break. Banks, power grids, defense networks and Bitcoin wallets are all exposed.
Adversaries already know this. They’re harvesting encrypted data today so they can decrypt it later.
This company turns every connected device into a validator that continually checks the integrity of every other device. That removes the single central point an attacker looks for. It runs on NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptography.
The founder spent more than 20 years as an ethical hacker. The executive chairman is a former IBM Chief Scientist.
The demand is driven by mandates. U.S. federal directives require a full migration to post-quantum cryptography by 2035, with agency deadlines starting in 2027. The market is projected to grow from $420 million in 2025 to $2.84 billion by 2030.
Here’s the part I like most.
The company can’t close this financing unless it raises at least $15 million and Nasdaq approves the listing. If either condition fails, subscription funds are returned. I rarely see that in a Regulation A deal.
