IPO activity this year will be led by three Mega IPOs. That’s because the success of these 3 companies could spark a wave of activity with new companies going public.

There are three companies that I’m watching closely.

Anthropic is one of the top artificial intelligence companies with its large language model called Claude. The company has been backed by Nvidia and Microsoft. The company is on track to generate annual revenues exceeding $9b. The current valuation is $350 billion.

OpenAI is the company that launched the AI revolution with ChatGPT. Microsoft has been a major investor in the company. Revenues could hit $20b this year. Sam Altman is currently working to raise money at a $750 billion valuation.

Space Exploration Technologies is the world’s leading space launch and satellite internet company. A new initiative is underway to launch AI datacenters on satellites. SpaceX generates $16b in annual revenues. The latest valuation is $800 billion.

Right now, SpaceX appears to be committed to go public by July. I’m buying a stake in the stock ahead of the IPO.
