Citigroup (NYSE: C) finally broke out of a long-term consolidation pattern. This should have owners of the mega-bank smiling because that breakout may result in a 27% rally. 

Citigroup (NYSE: C) is on the verge of a massive move. However, the chart isn’t tipping us off as to which direction the stock will take. 

I expect that banks will continue to provide a leadership role and they will continue to spearhead the trend of the indices.
