Musk confirms SpaceX IPO plans for 2026

Elon Musk has confirmed that SpaceX plans to go public in 2026.

That’s why I’m looking into ways to own a stake before it officially trades on the NASDAQ.

You can see the details here.

A recent report from Ars Technica titled After years of resisting it, SpaceX now plans to go public. Why? explains what changed Musk’s mind.

According to the article, Musk now believes Space Exploration Technologies needs to raise roughly $30 billion to fund its next stage of growth—nearly three times what it’s raised since 2002.

When journalist Eric Berger published the story, Musk replied, “As usual, Eric is accurate.” That short response was enough to confirm the plan.

If SpaceX moves forward as expected, this IPO could be one of the biggest ever.

You can learn how early investors are positioning for it here.

Happy to send details if helpful.
