When exactly is Space Exploration Technologies going to IPO?

The company has not yet filed its paperwork with the Securities & Exchange Commission. That means there’s s no official date or timeline for the company to go public.

Yet one investor has a prediction.

Ron Baron is the founder of Baron Capital Partners. The firm has $10 billion invested in SpaceX through several of its mutual funds.

“We think it’s likely that they could go public [this] summer. I think June 28^th because that Elon’s birthday,” Baron explained on CNBC.
